So I have a extra tutorial for you and it’s a treat bag to match the card we made yesterday.
Isn’t it sweet I love it.
To decorate it I just added a fox and a little mushroom. I didn’t want to add a sentiment to it I didn’t think it needed it.
So here is how to make the box
Base of box in very vanilla Cardstock
2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
Score at 1/2″ on all four sides.
Fold on all the score lines with a bone fold then you will see 4 little squares in each corner , cut up the score lines on one side of the squares to the horizontal Score line to make your tabs.
Add some liquid glue to all four tabs and fold up the sides and stick the tabs to inside of the Base.
Now get 1 patterned paper and cut that down to
3 1/2″ x 4
On 3 1/2″ side score at 1/2″ and 3″
Fold on the score lines add some glue to the bottom and add that to the Base, making sure the 1/2″ tabs are on the sides of the Base.
Get a second piece of patterned paper and cut that down to
5 1/2″ x 4″
Score on 5 1/2″ side at
1 1/2″ Turn to opposite side and score again at 1 1/2″ side
Fold on Score lines and add glue to the bottom and sides of paper and attach that to the other side of base.
Once the bag is all glue together pinch the bag together and punch 2 holes at the top of bag and thread some very vanilla ribbon and tie it closed with a bow.
Finally fuzzy cut out a fox and mushroom from the paper, and add that to front of bag with a dimentional.
And there we go a nice bag to match the card.
Thank you for popping by.
